Avantes distillery excites us with a rare Greek producτ. Grace Gin is a special Gin with aromas from Greece produced in small quantities using the traditional distillation method and techniques of highly qualified perfumers. The Gin has particularly complex Greek land aromas, where the juniper dominates in perfect equilibrium with the unique sea fennel, the myrtle flowers and the mastic tree. It is crystal clear on the palate, robust, filled with intense clarity in a unique blend of fresh citrus and orange blossom with the other herbs. Long aftertaste with spicy notes.
Description
Grace Gin’s producers investigated and experimented for twelve months with the recipe, until they reach the 13 botanical and extraction techniques they would use. So they first applied non-continuous distillation to aromatize the alcoholic base with the 8 botanics: Juniperberries, angelica root, iris, lemonpeels, orangepeels, cardamom, coriander and cassia.
