The Spyropoulos family aged tsipouro aged in American and French oak for 22 months, followed by 12 months in stainless steel tanks, acquiring a rich and full body. Each sip is full of flavors of fresh and roasted nuts (mainly hazelnut), raisin, and carob along with oak, vanilla, and tobacco aromas.
Description
Pair it with botargo, rich fatty cheeses, cold cuts with spices, nuts, dried figs and dark chocolate.

It is considered the ancestor of all beverages fermented and the roots go back in time. The production process includes the exclusive combination of honey and water. Following fermentation lasting approximately 18 to 24 months in oak barrels. The name, according to tradition, was the honeymoon, which is said to consume the newlyweds throughout, for a future “sweet” wedding. In mythology, the famous nectar of the gods was the mead.

Its main characteristics are the unique aromatic potential of fruits and the excellent acidity. The wine is endowed with a dry, pleasant and refreshing character, as well as a discreet delicate fruity aromatic bouquet.Tastin Notes: Vibrant yellow - green, nose and taste of tropical fruits and quince, pleasant palate, excellent balance, crisp, fairly long finish.

Vinification: Selected grapes are destemed, crushed inoculated by selected strains of dry active yeast. Color extraction at 28oC. Malolactic fermentation is taken place. Afterwards, the wine is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels.Wine description: "300" red wine is a blend of Agiorgitiko and Mavroudi. The grapes come from our vineyards located in Velies. The wine derived from the particular area is rich in body, with good acidity and great aromas. The storage in new oak barrels for 18 months gives the wine the aroma of vanilla and a discreet fragrance of wood.Tasting notes: The “300” wine is richly structured and loaded with complex flavour reminiscent of dark - red fruits such as blackberries and black cherries. It leaves in the palate a rich, round, opulent feel.
